International delivery partner Nova Post. After paying for the order, you will receive an email about its confirmation. You will also receive a notification from Nova Post with tracking number when the package leaves/arrives in your country. And you can follow the movement of your parcel using the tracking number on the Nova Post website.
The cost of order delivery does not include the cost of customs clearance of the parcel in your country.
If the value of the parcel exceeds the duty-free import limit established in your country, you will need to pay the cost of government customs clearance services. Check the conditions for importing goods to your country.
Each of the bracelets is handmade, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Laser engraving can be slightly different, because the laser must leave a mark on the super-strong metal from which bridges and ships were built. Also, after engraving, a certain amount of steel dust may remain on the bracelet, which is easily removed by dry wiping. Please do not expose the bracelet to water or moisture in order to preserve its appearance.

3. Confirmation came after an incomplete form (country, address)
Answer: It is impossible to place an order on the website without filling in the mandatory fields, which also include the country. You will receive an order confirmation email only after you have successfully confirmed your order on the website.
4. I ordered 1 bracelet, and received several confirmations of orders by mail, which I did not make
Answer: One order may receive several confirmations. Please pay attention to the order number indicated in them. If you made only one order, but have received different order numbers, please contact our support.
5. Ordered through acquaintances, and did not receive tracking / contact of the local delivery service
Answer: The tracking number and all the information about the order will be sent to the email/phone number that was specified during the order process. 6. Unable to enter order information (zip, phone number, building)
Answer: You need to first choose one of the three delivery directions and only after that your country, if delivery is available to it, will appear in the list. After choosing the country, you need to enter your ZIP code - this is a mandatory value, because without it the postal operator will not be able to determine where to deliver your parcel.
7. In my country there is no such thing as a building
Answer: Enter the number of the building or house so that the postal operator can determine to which building or house on your street the package needs to be delivered.

9. It says that my country is not available after entering the address.
Answer: You need to first choose one of the three delivery directions and only after that your country, if delivery is available to it, will appear in the list. For example, if you chose Europe, you will no longer be able to enter the USA, or vice versa.
If the destination is selected correctly, but your country is not listed, it means that, unfortunately, delivery to it is not yet available.
10. I made a mistake in my address/number/email address, how do I edit my details?
Answer: Editing after order confirmation is no longer available. Please be very careful when entering information, because the package will be automatically sent to the contacts you specified, and an email with information about the order will be sent to the email you specified.
11. I live in a private house, there is no address in the format specified on the website
Answer: Specify the name of the street on which your house is located and its number, so that the postal operator can determine to which building or house on your street the parcel needs to be delivered.
